Haakaa Silicone Breast Pump & Junobie Reusable Milk Storage Bags Combo

Catches so much milk you would miss out on, easy and comfortable to use

I bought this as a gift for a friend and she has raved about it's use. Im now expecting my first baby and really comforted knowing that this will make my breastfeeding journey easier.

Love the Junobie bags to go with, makes it easy to store my milk.

Am very impressed with the ease in which this collects the letdown without any effort! Collects more than I was expecting and has allowed me to have a store in the freezer for my partner to use for feeding if needed. - great peace of mind!

This is my second purchase, as I already have a Haakaa, but wanted a second so that I could always rotate them during feeds or use them on both breasts if I wanted to. I find the Haakaa works much better for me than an electric pump and is not uncomfortable to use. The Junobie bags are a great idea although it would be great to receive the marker pens so you can write the date etc on them. I think you need to purchase those separately from Junobie direct.

The Haakaa breast pump is best for mums with high flow or very strong supply. I'm very lucky to have both and use this when I'm electric pumping to get usually 30-60ml in 15 minutes. It took a couple of tries to get it fitted on comfortably, but once on it can hardly be felt. I do find it a bit difficult to use when feeding bub due to the length, not impossible though. You do need two hands to put it on properly but again once on comfortably very effective for collecting milk. Sometimes if bub is sleeping and I feel my milk come down I'll pop it on whilst doing something else and end up collecting bits here and there.
The Junobie bags are amazing! I love them! The colour (mint) is just like the picture with very nice soft silicone that is easy to clean and store. Haven't used them for freezing but it removes the use of plastic milk bags for milk I don't intend to freeze. The only negative is unless it is quite full (120ml plus) the top flops down do to the closing clip being a bit heavy for the silicone but does not impact the effectiveness of the product. Transfering milk from pump to these bags is easy as well as you just need to hold the top of the bags. Using the slide shutter is very easy as well, would definitely buy more of these products!
