Terrible shipping
I bought this milk pump three weeks ago, and I haven't received the product yet. The breastfeeding mothers were in urgent need of these pumps, and they could not give me practical help. The package was delivered to the wrong address, and the Milkbar shifted all responsibility to AUPOST, so I haven't received the goods yet. I should have shopped on another platform, very disappointed.

Hi Flora, We are so sorry that you didn’t receive your New Mum Starter Pack. As we discussed via email we do usually like to wait for Australia Post to finalise their investigations before issuing refunds as we have found that sometimes they are able to locate the missing parcel. In your case we did issue a refund before Australia Post deemed it “lost in transit” as we understand that this was very frustrating for you. I do hope you are able to purchase a pump, even if our transaction was marred by a delivery issue, and that you have a great pumping/breastfeeding journey!
