Returns & Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you place your order on our website (see exclusions below).
Please email us at info@milkbarbreastpumps.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can try to resolve any problems.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse.
Exclusions
1. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if the item have been dropped or broken. Products must be returned in an undamaged and resalable condition (including sales tags).
2. We don’t accept change of mind returns for personal care items including breast pumps, and perishable items to ensure the integrity of these products being sent to our customers.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to our returns address. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer including any return to sender fees charged by Australia Post. Milkbar Breastpumps is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise customers to return items via registered post and take out insurance to cover these events. Please note original shipping costs are not refundable and if an item is returned that was supplied with free shipping, a refund less $8.95 will be processed (to cover shipping cost). We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (the greater of $10 per order or 10% of order value) for returned items. When an order contains a free gift, the cost of the free gift will be deducted if the order no longer meets the requirements of the promotion.

Return To Sender
Orders which are returned at the discretion of Australia Post due to not being collected at the local post office (usually 10 business days) or incorrect address provided will incur a flat rate of $10 to cover the return to sender fee charged by Australia Post.
Warranty Claims
In addition to automatic Australian consumer guarantees, some of our products are advertised with a manufacturer warranty.
To determine whether a valid warranty claim exists, Milkbar Breastpumps may be required to physically test the product before sending to the manufacturer. Please contact us so that we can assist and troubleshoot so that the issue can be resolved quickly.
