Work well, and they came with a little bag that fits them perfectly and is super soft on the skin, which is great! I originally missed the instructions on the back, but they are there! The individual petals share the gel, which I initially thought might be annoying, but it's actually really good because it makes each petal nice and squishy so you can squeeze it around to mould better to your breasts, without the fear of exploding one of the petals.

But, the orange heat/ice pack can only be heated for 10-15 seconds, according to the box, which I'm likely to forget. It would have been helpful if they printed those instructions on the back of the actual pack to help you remember. As it is now, I had to cut out the packet instructions to keep in the bag with it...
