I couldn’t breast feed with my first due to inverted nipples. She just could not latch and shields interfered with my flow/supply. As breast feeding was something I desperately wanted to experience it was devastating to have to give up.

I’m now pregnant with my second and determined to put myself in a good position for success. I am an F cup and so far these are working really well for me. As others have said, the results are not permanent but my nipples definitely protrude slightly which I have never experienced in my life.
