I had a cheap pair of similar breast packs from Kmart, so never would have got these ones if they weren’t offered as a reward. These are so much better and definitely worth a buy (if you can’t get them as a reward!). The covers are an excellent addition with the press stud clasp. Would be even better if there were press studs along the opening of the cover too.

I found these very soothing to use both heated and cooled for when I felt engorged in the early days and to help prevent blocked ducts and mastitis.

These are a lifesaver especially at the start when milk was slow to come in and I had to breastfeed+pump every feed the relief was amazing. Love that they can be heated or frozen depending on your need. Recommend to anyone who intends on breastfeeding along with the silver cups. They heat up really fast too and the cover for them is lovely and soft and you can pop it in the wash.

So good for engorged breasts in the first few days when milk comes in. I’m using them cold for sweet relief!
