Really works
This tea genuinely helped me increase my milk supply by at least 50ml! It's an interesting flavour and if you're a sweet tooth, then you need some sugar with this one, but it's not too bad

Nursing tea
Same as the lactation cookies I’m not all too sure about the affects on my milk supply but it is the only tea I actually like so it’s been easy to not go back to my 3-4 coffees a day that I was having before being pregnant/breastfeeding and still getting a hot drink in. It is really yummy and a good way to add to your hydration during the day if like me you struggle to drink lots and lots of water, so at this point any increase in milk supply is a bonus.
