Just starting on these ones (4days in) and I’ve noticed it’s helped somewhat but due to feeding troubles as baby came super early not sure if it’s doing the best job. Past feeding journeys tell me I need Lecithin so just waiting to get feeding troubles sorted before judging this product. But they are easy to take which is a bonus.
