Highly recommend for assistance with mastitis
My baby has reflux a common, not serious but very uncomfortable for bub condition she will likely grow out of but in the meantime it's making her very uncomfortable. A friend gave me some of this product and when I read probiotic can help with reflux I started taking it immediately
I bought this because I got inflammatory mastitis and wanted to prevent it from coming back. I already take probiotics but this is especially for breastfeeding.
This probiotic is great to use either at home or on the go as it doesn’t require refrigeration. I found adding it to yoghurt is better than water/juice as it doesn’t clump and you can get the full amount. Either way it is tasteless making it easy to consume :)
I started on Qiara after having mastitis and having some breast pain. I’ve only started taking it but I’m feeling good so far. No lumps in the breasts either.
This prebiotic has helped me clear blocked ducts and mastitis flare-ups. I now take it daily and notice a difference if I miss a dose.
A great probiotic. The powder is almost tasteless making it easy to drink, even for bub as he can have a little applied to him gums (Pharmacist's directon). I mix it in with his solids. I'd recommend this product.
