How To Use
Start by filling it with warm water, making sure it’s comfortably warm, not hot. Secure the cap tightly and flip the angled nozzle into position. While sitting on the toilet or standing in the shower, hold the bottle upside down and gently squeeze to spray water over your perineal area. This helps cleanse without the need for wiping, which can be uncomfortable after birth. Use the peri bottle after each toilet visit to stay clean and minimise irritation. After each use, rinse the bottle thoroughly and allow it to air dry. Keep it close by in your bathroom or nappy bag for easy access during those early days of postpartum recovery.
Care
After each use, rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove any residue. Allow all parts, including the nozzle, to air dry completely before storing. For a deeper clean, you can occasionally soak the bottle in a solution of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio), then rinse well.
