Nature's Sunshine Fenugreek Capsules contain fenugreek which has galactagogue properties so may assist in stimulating the production of breastmilk in nursing mothers. Medicinally Fenugreek, has an influence on a number of systems in the body including digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems.
Fenugreek has a tradition of use as a galactagogue to assist in the production of breastmilk and as an expectorant that helps expel mucus from the upper respiratory tract.
Adults- take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily.

My little one is almost 6 months old and I’ve been taking motilium tablets everyday since he was about 2 months old and haven’t felt the boost in supply that these tablets have given me.
