Best nipple balm
I have tried a few different ones but this one is the best.
I use after every feed but I know if I have missed a few as I start to get pain when feeding, but then by the next feed as long as I have used this then I am good to go again.

It does what it promises to do- it’s so soothing and for the first time in a while my nipples are giving me a break from the raw feeling they’ve had. Also using it on the kiddos cradle cap in his eyebrows as my GP recommend and it’s done wonders for him.
