• Measure your nipple size and select the correct breast shield size.
• Center the nipple inside the breast shield and place the pump inside your nursing bra so that your breast tissue seals the breast shield opening
• Press the power button and change to your desired mode.
• The breast pump will begin in let down mode and will automatically switch to expression mode after 2 minutes
• You can select your choice of mode at any time. We recommend selecting the maximum level you feel comfortable with. Pumping should never be painful.
• The pump will automatically switch off after 30 minutes.
• Once your session is finished pour the expressed breastmilk into a storage container, bag or bottle and follow safe storage guidelines.
• Clean your pump for next use.

Wash all parts, except the pump motor in warm soapy water before and after every pumping session, as per the Australian Breastfeeding Association's guidelines. We don't recommend washing parts in the dishwasher or UV steriliser as this can reduce the lifespan of pumping parts.

Take particular car washing the valve and diaphragm to prevent damage and tears.

Allow to air dry.
