• Wash the breast pump and flower stopper before use
• Fold the pump flange back
• Centre the pump over your nipple
• Squeeze the base of the pump to remove air
• Flip the flange back onto your breast to create gentle suction
• Adjust the position if needed for a comfortable seal
  

Once finished, gently press your finger between your breast and the flange to release the suction before removing.

Place the Flower Stopper into the pump opening when not expressing to help prevent spills.

• Wash before and after each use.
• Clean with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly
• Sterilise by boiling for 2–3 minutes or using a steam steriliser
• Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents
• Avoid UV sterilisers as they may reduce the lifespan of the silicone
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Inspect before each use and replace if signs of wear or damage appear
