How To Use
Heat Therapy
Help to soften the breast for better latching

Can be used with a breast pump to reduce time expressing
Simply microwave as instructed on the packaging

Can be used post breast surgery
Simply place in the freezer for 2 - 4 hours before use
Care
After each use, wipe the breast packs clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always follow the heating and cooling instructions provided to avoid damaging the packs.

So much better than Kmart!
I had a cheap pair of similar breast packs from Kmart, so never would have got these ones if they weren’t offered as a reward. These are so much better and definitely worth a buy (if you can’t get them as a reward!). The covers are an excellent addition with the press stud clasp. Would be even better if there were press studs along the opening of the cover too.

These are a lifesaver especially at the start when milk was slow to come in and I had to breastfeed+pump every feed the relief was amazing. Love that they can be heated or frozen depending on your need. Recommend to anyone who intends on breastfeeding along with the silver cups. They heat up really fast too and the cover for them is lovely and soft and you can pop it in the wash.
