How To Use
Place the perineal ice pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Once chilled, insert it into a clean sleeve or wrap it in a thin cloth, then place it gently against the perineal area for up to 20 minutes at a time. For heat therapy, warm the pack according to the instructions provided, ensuring it’s not too hot before applying. Always check the temperature to avoid skin irritation.
Care
After each use, wipe the perineal ice pack clean with mild soap and warm water, then air dry thoroughly before storing.
