Begin by sterilising the Gen 2 Silicone Breast Pump, leak-proof cap and flower stopper. Once clean, squeeze the base of the pump, position it over your nipple and gently release to create natural suction. It will draw out milk or catch let-down while you feed or relax. Use the flower stopper to prevent spills during or after expressing, and seal the pump with the leak-proof cap when storing milk.

Apply the disposable nursing pads inside your bra to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the day or night. Simply peel off the backing, place the pad over your nipple, and press gently to secure. Replace pads as needed, and dispose of them after use. Clean and sterilise all reusable parts after each use.

Wash the Gen 2 Silicone Breast Pump, leak-proof cap and flower stopper thoroughly after each use with warm, soapy water and rinse well. Allow them to air dry completely before storing. Sterilise regularly by boiling for 2–3 minutes or using a microwave steriliser. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes to protect the silicone. The disposable nursing pads are single-use and should be discarded after each wear. Store all clean, dry components in a hygienic, dry space ready for next use.
