How To Use
Safe to enjoy during pregnancy and while breastfeeding or pumping.
1 cup daily for a mild effect, up to 3 cups for full effect.
Hot Chocolate
Warm 1 cup of your preferred milk (oat milk is a favourite). Stir in 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate until fully mixed. Sip, relax and enjoy.
Iced Chocolate
Mix 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate with a small amount of boiling water. Chill in the fridge until cool.
Add 1 cup of your preferred cold milk. Add ice cubes or a scoop of ice cream, then blend. Sip, relax and enjoy.
