Shipping & Delivery

Covid update: while orders continue to be dispatched daily, Australia Post are experiencing an increase in volume within their network and we are seeing delays in some areas. We recommend placing your order via express post if your order is urgent. We remain committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible with same day dispatch before 12pm AEST.


Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Milkbar Breastpumps containing your order details, payment receipt and invoice. We understand that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible so orders received prior to 12pm AEST are dispatched same business day. If placed after 12pm, your order is dispatched on the following business day. Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they are placed- please refer to our returns & exchange policy if applicable. 

We ship via Australia Post eparcel and other couriers within Australia and internationally to New Zealand, USA and UK. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an tracking number and link to track your order.

To ensure your order is received safely a signature is required on delivery. If no one is present at the delivery attempt the the order will normally be delivered to your local post office where you can pick it up later at your own convenience.

If you have purchased a pre-order item/s it will ship immediately after arrival to us. If you have ordered in-stock item/s with a pre-order item/s your whole order will ship with the pre-order item/s.  Please email us to arrange separate shipping if you would like one item to arrive straight away with an extra shipping charge. We cannot give exact dispatch date for pre-orders until days before their arrival to us as our shipments can experience delays out of our control, but we will do our best to keep our customers updated on our website, email newsletter and social media. You will receive tracking info to the email you ordered with once it dispatches to you.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is now available from our warehouse in Belrose NSW 2085. You will be notified once your order is ready within 1 business day (often sooner) to collect via email or SMS.

Contactless Pick Up can be organised by parking our designated Click & Collect bays directly outside our warehouse and calling 1300 781 275 so we can bring your order to your car door.

Please bring a copy of your click and collect notification as proof of purchase.

Australia: Flat Rate Shipping | Free Shipping

If your order is over $150 you will receive Free Shipping via regular Australia Post or our chosen courier service.

If your order is under $150 you will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping.

Express Post

If you require your order urgently we recommend selecting Express Post. Express Postage is at a flat rate of $14.95 (excludes breastfeeding pillows). Orders within the Australia Post Express Delivery Network have an estimated next business day delivery date. Orders outside this network are delivered as fast as possible by Australia Post. Check here if you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Network.

International Shipping

New Zealand- standard flat rate of $15. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days. Please allow extra delivery time for rural locations.

International orders may be subject to local customs, import duties or fees. These are the responsibility of the the customer. We are not able to mark orders as a gift in order to avoid these charges.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch daily- orders placed before 12pm AEST are shipped same business day. For a more detailed estimate (than the one above) you can use the Australia Post delivery estimate calculator here. Orders are shipped from Sydney 2067.

I haven’t received my order, what next?

We work with Australia Post and other reliable couriers, however sometimes items are delayed. If the estimated delivery time has past and you haven’t received your order please email us at with your order details so we can lodge an investigation. A resolution will be provided once the courier has completed their investigation.

I am missing an item or I have received an incorrect item. What happens now?

I just realised that I entered the incorrect address at checkout. Who do I contact?

Please send us an email at so that this information can be updated prior to dispatch. Please note that it is not always possible to amend shipping addresses after placing your order as we dispatch promptly. If your item is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, an additional shipping charge is payable so that we can resend the item to you.
