have favoured using my haakaa pump now my milk is in, used an electric pump aswell as the haakaa initially. the electric pump to really stimulate my milk supply but the haakaa to gently relieve my other boob while bub was feeding on the other. Highly recommend, so much more gentle than an electric pump which when I lost track of how long I'd been pumping gave me a decent grade after just 15 mins!
